The Memorial Villages are a collection of independent cities located on Houston's west side. Included in the Memorial Villages are Spring Valley, Piney Point, Bunker Hill, Hillshire Village and Hunters Creek. Together, these towns are known as the Memorial Villages. The area  was developed during the 1970s and 80s as a high end collection of small subdivisions on the southern banks of Buffalo Bayou.

The area has become a sought after location for some time. Many famous Texans and high profile business executives reside in the Memorial Villages. Additionally, Memorial City Mall offers a strong variety of shopping options. Known for its elegance, the area is home to Vargo's and other high end restaurants The Memorial Villages area is strongly family friendly, and offers a number of parks and outdoor recreational activities.
